HI, My name is JAN

Movement and fitness have been part of my life since I was 5 years old, when I first stepped onto the football field and discovered my passion for sports.
I even made it to the professional level and lived as a football player .

But after a series of injuries, I had to end my career—and that’s when I fully committed myself to coaching.

 

I turned my experiences, setbacks, and lessons into a mission:

To help others grow, avoid the mistakes I made, and unlock their full potential.

 

At 15, I fell in love with the gym and strength training.

What began as passion turned into a lifestyle—and 10 years ago, into my purpose:

Helping others unlock their potential through movement, discipline, and structure.

 

Today, I’m a certified personal trainer with a diploma in Sports Management, graduating with distinction from a specialized sports high school.

Over the past decade, I’ve worked with:
